Yolo Adult Day Health Center Receives Donation

Woodland, CA, January 10, 2011 – Woodland Healthcare Foundation was honored to receive a $1,200 donation on behalf of Yolo Adult Day Health Center by the Roadrunners of the Gold Wind Touring Association, Chapter V, Woodland. The donation was given in memory of Larry Cassevah, MSW. Larry served as the Yolo Adult Day Health Center’s social worker, from 1996 to 2009. The donated funds will help to establish the Larry Cassevah Advocacy Award, which will recognize a local social worker for outstanding advocacy work. The award will be given out annually in March during National Social Work Month.
