Special Delivery for Family of the First Baby Born on Mother’s Day at Woodland Memorial Hospital

Woodland, CA, May 14, 2010 – Lorena Estrella received the best Mother’s Day gift of all when her son, Anthony Gonzales Estrella, was born last Sunday at Woodland Memorial Hospital. But that wasn’t the only gift for Estrella and her family, who received a gift basket from the hospital and local businesses for having the first baby born on Mother’s Day at the hospital.

Little Anthony’s parents will enjoy a romantic four-course dinner for two delivered to their home from The Savory Café. In addition, they received a flower arrangement from K&M Floral in Woodland. Stork News of Yolo County supplied a free seven-day stork rental that announces Anthony’s arrival in front of the family home in Woodland. Woodland Healthcare will provide infant and child CPR training. The family will also receive a gift certificate from Mother & Baby Source in Davis and a gift certificate for a spa sampler from Spa Central in Davis.

Anthony Gonzales Estrella was born at 11:55 a.m. on May 9 at the hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, three ounces and was 20 inches long at birth.
