At Woodland Healthcare it is our priority to ensure our patients are well-prepared for their surgeries. We understand that this can be an overwhelming process, and we want your experience to be as smooth as possible. Because of this, we designed a special Patient Passport just for you.

When you schedule surgery at Woodland Healthcare, you will receive a Passport. In it will be important dates and times, locations, information about your insurance and billing, and instructions on how to prepare for your procedure. This is your personal guide that will walk you through the process and explain what to expect before, during and after your procedure.
