How to schedule, change or cancel an appointment?
Woodland Healthcare offers appointment-scheduling services through our centralized Call Center at 530.668.2600, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For your convenience, you may schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment in any of our doctors’ offices with one phone call. Please give more than 24 hour notice.
How do I leave a message for the Orthopedics and Podiatry providers or staff?
If you need to leave a message, please call 530.668.2600 and request to leave a message for your provider.
Registration Process
Please arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments To help save our patients time, Woodland Healthcare has provided the necessary registration forms (PDFs) on our web site. Please see the list of registration forms (below), available for download. Please fill out the forms and bring them with you to your appointment.
If you choose to not fill out the forms prior to your visit, please plan to arrive in the office at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
