Woodland Healthcare’s Center for Cardiac Wellness offers a supervised personal exercise program for cardiac patients who have predisposing risk factors. The program helps patients increase their fitness level and educates them about reducing risk factors that can lead to heart disease. The program is available to all cardiac patients who have been referred by their primary or specialty care physician.
