Woodland Healthcare's primary care services include Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics and Gynecology. Our doctors manage your general healthcare needs and will:
- Diagnose and treat common health problems
- Refer and coordinate your medical care to a specialist or service
- Promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
- Manage your medications
Woodland Healthcare offers primary care services in three convenient locations: the Woodland Medical Office and West Court Medical Office in Woodland and our Davis Medical Office. Non-emergency, walk-in care is available at all of these facilities and is offered seven days a week, including weekday evenings.
Selecting a Primary Care Physician
Your Primary Care Physician (PCP) is your personal physician and he or she is responsible for coordinating all your healthcare needs. It is important that you establish a relationship with your PCP as soon as possible by making your first appointment within two months of becoming eligible for care. Family Practice & Internal Medicine
Woodland Healthcare's Family Practice physicians specialize in providing continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual. Their training allows them to provide ongoing care for patients from infants to adults. Their knowledge of the family as a whole provides their patients with an exceptional level care and allows them to effectively serve as advocates for their patients’ overall health and well being. When necessary, these providers refer patients to an appropriate medical specialist.
Woodland Healthcare's Internal Medicine physicians specialize in providing general medical care to adults and the elderly. Internists provide long-term comprehensive healthcare, as well as non-surgical treatment for diseases of the blood and internal organs, such as the heart, stomach, kidney and liver. Our doctors take pride in caring for their patients for life.
Woodland Healthcare's Pediatric physicians specialize in providing general medical care to infants and children. Our pediatricians specialize in the physical, emotional and social health of children from birth to adolescence. Pediatricians understand that children aren’t simply small adults and there are many factors that can affect their growth and development. Children change so rapidly and pediatricians are there every step of the way to help ensure your child reaches their full potential.
